Product usage & basics
How often should I use Glamcy Face Wash?
Twice daily — once in the morning to refresh your skin and once at night to remove dirt, oil, and impurities. The triple-acid complex is balanced with soothing Aloe and a Ceramide Complex, so it's gentle enough for every morning and night rather than an occasional treatment.
Which skin type is Glamcy best for?
Formulated to be nourishing for all skin types, and particularly effective for oily and acne-prone skin because of the 1% Salicylic Acid and 4% Niacinamide.
Is it okay for sensitive skin?
The Allantoin and Ceramide Complex act as a safety net while it cleans. It does contain three exfoliating acids and a light fragrance, so if your skin reacts easily, patch-test first and stop if irritation develops.
Will it dry out my skin?
It shouldn't — Aloe Vera, Ceramide Complex and Honey are in the formula specifically to keep skin soft and hydrated after every wash, unlike a harsh anti-acne soap.
Results & routine
How long will it take to see results?
Most people notice an immediate fresh feel after use. For visible improvements in texture and pore size, consistent use over 2–4 weeks is typical.
Will it help with active acne and blackheads?
Yes — the Salicylic Acid works inside the pore to dissolve the buildup holding blackheads together, while 4% Niacinamide keeps oil in check.
Can I use Glamcy with my Vitamin C serum?
Yes. In a rinse-off product like a face wash, it's generally fine to follow up with your favourite Vitamin C serum.
Do I need to wear sunscreen after using this?
Yes. Salicylic and Glycolic acid both exfoliate, which can make skin more sensitive to the sun. Wear SPF 30 or higher during the day.
Safety & quality
Is it safe to use around the eyes?
Avoid direct contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water — because it contains Salicylic Acid, it may sting if it gets in the eye.
Is Glamcy paraben-free and sulphate-free?
It's paraben-free. It is not sulphate-free — the lather comes from Sodium Laureth Sulfate, paired with the gentler Cocamidopropyl Betaine and cushioned by Glycerin, Aloe and the Ceramide Complex so it cleans without stripping.
Can teenagers use Glamcy?
Yes. It's a reasonable introductory product for teenagers dealing with hormonal breakouts or oily skin.
How should I store it, and how long does it last?
Keep it in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight, below 25°C. Best used within 24 months of the manufacturing date printed on the box.
